7. Use of Service

Our service allows users to connect with mentors for professional guidance through scheduled video calls and Q&A sessions. Users must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

8. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.

9. Mentor Services

Mentors on our platform are independent professionals. While we strive to ensure quality, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from mentoring sessions.

10. Confidentiality and Prohibited Content

Sharing confidential or proprietary information is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban from the platform.

Users must not share:

• Company confidential information
• Trade secrets or proprietary data
• Non-public financial information
• Personal information of others
• Information protected by NDAs

11. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Charges are made only when sessions are completed
• Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the session; requests within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to issue or deny refunds at our discretion

12. Cancellation Policy

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may be subject to charges.
